Members of Milan’s Sri Lankan community recently took part in an intercultural event at the Church of Scientology, centred on peaceful coexistence, youth participation and common values. The meeting highlighted The Way to Happiness and intercultural dialogue, using the common-sense moral code written by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard as a basis for discussion.

The event gave families, community leaders and young people a space to discuss responsibility, mutual respect and the role of values in integration. A particular focus was placed on younger eu news 2023 generations, with Sri Lankan community leaders encouraging youth participation so that young people could become familiar with ethical principles that may guide future choices.

Ivan Arjona noted that Europe’s strength is also found in families, communities and volunteers who help build trust across cultures. Across Europe, Scientology churches, missions and volunteers carry out community initiatives focused on education, prevention and neighbourhood-level support.
